Do you accept returns or exchanges?
At Lolly's House, every piece is created with care, just for you. We partner with Direct-to-Garment printers to get your piece to you as soon as possible. As a result, we do not accept returns unless there is a quality issue. A lot of our garments are designed to look vintage, so a worn imprint is intentional. Please review the design carefully before ordering. We are adding size charts and recommendations to each product. If you have any questions, please email Lesley at lesley@lollysdesignhouse.com.
When will my order ship?
All items are made to order and typically ship within 3-5 business days. You will receive tracking information once your creation is on its way!
Do you accept custom requests?
We love creating designs just for you! If you have a particular design or see something you like but want a different color, send us a message or email, and we'll get busy creating!
